1 of my 3 wow accounts got removed from my battle.net
hello, I have 1 battle.net account which included 3 wow accounts in it. two months ago one of my wow accounts ,which I had played with a long time, was mysteriously removed from my battle.net account. I couldn't understand what was going on, so I tried battle net account recovery thing and it only made me reset my battlenet password over and over again even if it said an investigation will be done and that they will contact me through my email. But nothing happened. So later approx. 2 weeks ago I tried the good old wow-europe web form and filled in my details correctly and included my personal ID's scan in it. and they said they will contact me from my email, which I currently possess and have never lost access to. Web form ticket number is 9293892. What should I do? |

I've got my account back and everything seems to be back to normal, I changed my account password and my email to ensure this wont happen again. Never thought this would get fixed this fast, thanks a lot and keep up the good work ! :) |

Nice to hear. Not that im usually an impatitent person, but i've paid my account - thats 60quid... and yet im still waiting on even the slightest incking that my issues are being resolved. Much love. Hi I stopped playing my account in September and recently wanted to start playing again, when i tried to enter game my password was changed. After using Battlenet to restore my details and secure the account i found my level 80 Priest missing from the account. Veya . Level 80 Priest. Stormscale. I have sent a ticket to see about getting this porblem solved, but i have recently being looking at my character on the armoury and finding that its been ingame - as recently as 4 hours ago. I wonder if maybe i could get it back as i spent alot of time on that character for someone to just take it. |

Hi my friend account just got hacked 6 days ago and he did the account recovery process and got the account back but the problem is that his account is still locked he still haven't recieved any email from blizzard since, so he is wondering if he should wait patiently? or does he need to fill another webform?

Hello,
tonight, after returning home from office I logged in and found my account has been suspended. I check my email and found 2 emails from blizzard saying it has been suspended for "spamming". Spamming? Me? So i reset the password and finally I can login again. But all items and gold on all my chars is gone. Everything that can be selled has been sold. So I'm half naked in SW with 50 silver left in my bag... My main chars are Awani (85 Gnome mage) and Haanurna (84 draenei priest). I have a mac and I it is completely clear of virus and anything. I do not have an autenticator. I have only the most standard addon like Titanpanel, DBM, Quartz... (anyway I have removed ALL addons now) I opened a ingame ticket. Waiting for a reply. BTW: how can i change the default char used for posting? |

Thinking that the hackers used an addons to get my account data, here is the list of the addons I have installed.
The guilty must be one of them: - ACP (Addon Control Panel) - Auctionator - CombustionHelper - DBM - Healbot - MetaHUD (but it was disabled) with MetaHUD Options - Omen - oRA2 - Quartz - Recount - TipTac - Titan |

Got hacked today, unsure how. Luckily the hacker wasn't a "pro" apparently - it seems he left things a bit unfinished. Didn't touch character/guild banks (despite obviously visiting them), didn't vendor stuff from most chars, though deleted one character and a lot of gear from the one from which he vendored some too. Overall a bit weird hack, given how much he could've done intead of just grabbing a couple of items and the gold.
Stuff got restored already, but the question of "how" still applies. Addons COULD be to blame theoretically I guess, but all are downloaded from Curse so one would think malware would've been spotted. Nothing spotted by my malware/virus scanners. Only added one new addon recently, Ingela's Rapture. _NPCscan a bit earlier than that. The annoying this is, back in June-July and a few times since I looked at the option of getting an authenticator. But it was sold out each time. And mobile authenticator, back then as well as now, only supports crappy phones no one probably even has anymore. Where's the support for new models (and no, iPhone version doesn't count, I wouldn't be caught dead with an iPhone)? And, of course, to top it all off, with this happening I checked... the authenticators are sold out YET AGAIN. |

Hey, had my account stolen on either the 8th or the 9th of January. My registered e-mail has also been hacked, I've filled out the webform and been sent to my other e-mail address an e-mail saying it's been received and I'll be informed as soon as possible, but I've heard nothing as of yet. Whenever I go onto the WoW-Europe site I can still see my character as if I'm logged in, but if I try to go to account or anything it asks for an authenticator, which I've never used (my own stupid fault) so I'm certain it's been hacked. My main character has been cleared of all gear and I can only assume the bags and bank have been cleared. Guild mats were stolen too. Character: Krimpus Realm: Dragonmaw Was just wondering if there's any sort of estimated waiting time? I've seen some people almost instantly get sorted, and some wait nearly 3 weeks. Just trying to figure out if it'll be possible at all to get my account back. Thanks in advance. |

First Mail I got from Blizzard was about changing my password..
What I didnt asked at all, havent made a reqeust for that. After that mail I got a mail about Reseting my account? Also .. havent made a reqeust for that too.. Today, I got a mail from blizz that I changed my email? I havent changed it, It constandly happends when I'm even asleep o.O.. Could I get some more info? I could also send some GM those mails. But those mails got to stay private it has some privé stuff in it. The email comes from: noreplay@blizzard.com Battle.net So it doesnt seem fake.. I;ve readed all about the fake emails and email headers. Still seems reall but to be sure I did sended the e-mail header to Hacks@blizzard.com Just to be sure, since the mail is the original mail from blizzard Anything more I could do? |

Grugru I am afraid it would appear that we have not received any webform from the account of the character you linked. Could you ask your friend to send us a new one using this e-mail address and the matter will be investigated.
If they are unable to use this e-mail address, please get them to either send an e-mail change webform or call our Account and Payment team. Moeke I have checked your registered e-mail address and it would appear that we have not sent you these mails. As you have read the information about fake e-mails, be aware that the address may be spoofed and you have indeed received bogus mails. my acount got hacked and also my emailadress linked to my wow acount. mada a new emailadress and new wow acount but i would like my old acount back so i can merge it with my new. i bought a new anti virus program to secure my computer my main was skared on kul tiras realm plz help me |

Hey Tailyda, Grugru again bcos my friend is not able to post here.He filled a webform before more than 10days ago and He just filled another webform and waiting for an answer from you. He wrote all the problem there and He really need your assistance, He cant log into his account now... it's banned bcos , hacked and than hacker sold gold or done spam mails or something to the players, He doesnt have any idea about what happened even his golds on his account could be gone , He have never had a time to check it. Anyways He hopes to get your help any sooner. Thank you from now... (Btw he got the registered e-mail and information and everything about account, we think probably account got hacked , hacker sold/took gold and spam and something than left from account )

Hello , my account was compromised on Monday. I've spoken to account support and the account is back with me and the support person thought my items had been restored, although my items etc are still missing from the characters.
