[solved]Unable to login to Account Management

On my other account, which has an authenticator, I got the following error;
We couldnt log you in with what you just entered. Please try again.
I've been through the password reset options, and successfully changed it a couple times, and keep getting the same error
Please advise :)

Update: Am now also unable to login ingame:
Battle.net Error #104
The information you have entered is not valid

The user/pass information I'm entering is definitely correct
The authenticator codes are generated using the attached wow keyfob authenticator

You may need to have your authenticator resynced, you can contact our support team and they will be happy to assist with this.
