With Molten Core not that it matters but i think the kill order was No Name, SARS, Ace of Spades, Alliance Dynasty and then Darksun. Believe it or not there were actually some Alliance guilds around back then :)

Vex didnt exist when Darksun killed anub 25 hc in togc, vex might have killed anub but not when it was current content, DS did however.

Naxx progression finished with 1) Endurance 2) Nightmare Souls 3) Rush
Aq40 3rd was Nightmare Souls to the best of my knowledge (shortly after our merge with Zenith), can't remember if Rush got C'thun before us or not

Have a massive stash of screenshots from the first Onyxia/Nefarian heads being thrown up in Sw and the giant gathering there, can check the dates on them when I get home to see when it actually was if any horde person has a similar way of checking the dates.

i think Rush had Thaddius when BC hitted, and NS didn't.

Might be wrong but i do remember Tombstone having some early kills on Ragnaros and Nefarian. Lost all my screenshots ;<

I didn't write that Rush or NS finished Naxx? merely how it was at the end of the expansion and hence at the end of Naxx progression. Obviously that didn't come out clearly >.<
- No idea if rush got Thaddius down, I know NS were ahead up to the point we started lending people out (last kill we had was loatheb)


Tombstone's kills were around alliance 4th-5th in MC and BWL

Souly I'm well aware of those guilds but I'm not so sure if AoS and AD got the kill before Darksun. There's a possibility they did.. long time ago. :)

As Phoee correctly pointed out neither NS or Rush finished Naxx so I presumed they're not supposed to be on the list. Rush didn't kill Thaddius either, we never had enough people online whose computers could handle the fight (DC's anyone?) so we pretty much quit raiding and I played some on Shadowhate for Endurance. :f

@Sarry: I'm pretty sure that Rush got C'thun shortly after cZar/Endurance and before anyone else. Silvercloud made a movie I think..

No Name was first on Nefarian.

NS beat Rush to C'thun due to their long summer break. I'll dig up screenshots later.

I have a vague memory of Afterlife getting an early kill on Magtheridon (2nd?). Could be wrong on this though.

I have a distant memory that Aspire actually got one kill pre nerf on KJ.

I'm 100% sure darksun beat you by 1 reset on kj wakey, tbc got him 3rd. The reason I know is I was in wild cards having just xferred to the realm and we had 3raid healers all from the same country dc at 14% with 25/25 alive, which at the time would have been alli first (lol 3.0 patch). Regarding cata progression table, I will offer my plan of a cool points system the the gm's of each of the current top 10ish guilds and if it's warmly received from the majority of them, we will use that system. If not, I will take an easier but more boring approach. Thanks for all of your input regarding vanilla progression and for /w me' in game. I'll be sure to update this by Wednesday as I dinged another year of my life the Sunday just gone so was busy with ma bros and hoes yo :D

Sarry I need to move an alt into your prestigious guild if you got room for a Noam! :D On another topic,Aspire killed kj the first day of 3.0 I believe, which was a shame as I was told at the time they were mighty close the reset beforehand.

There is always room for another noam!

I'm generally only playing my Dk atm (Dalzell) so just give me a shout whenever, mostly on in the evenings!

Aspire got KJ the day after the release of 3.0 (they where the only ones to do muru prenerf) DS got the kill a day or 2 later, got to check to be sure.

Also Afterlife killed Mag before Aspire, just behind PONR

And yeah DS got Anub as only 2nd guild after Aspire before the content became outdated.

Looks pretty nice for the rest, good to see somebody taking this up again.

Scary that I remember when most of these happened. And have been in a lot the guilds on the list over the past 5 and a half years!

Also, No Name was the first guild to take down Nefarian. Not sure about AQ40 though. I stopped playing before we got that far.
