World of Warcraft®

<Neon> is a casual PvE raiding guild on Karazhan EU. The guild currently consist mainly of a core group of friends that has the main goal to have fun while playing World of Warcraft. Although we are a 10man guild we aim to be one of the leading guilds when it comes to progression on the server in Cataclysm. We put teamwork on top of all, so if you think you are a teamplayer - this might be the guild for you.



Are you prepared for Cataclysm raiding? As you might already know 25man raiding will be alot less attractive in Cataclysm due to the same difficulty and loot in both 10 and 25man instances. Alot of players will separate into smaller raiding teams because of the extra work in running and managing a 25man team. Neon will be a highly competitive 10man guild in Cataclysm, and if you want to be a part of the 10man revolution, we are now recruiting skilled players to join our active raiding teams.





Open classes:



* Druid - Restoration

* Shaman - Enhancement with restoration offspec or the other way around.



We will however, consider other classes and specs if we consider you an exceptional applicant.





What can we offer?



* One of the most stable horde guilds on Karazhan EU.

* Over three years experiences with raiding the end game content.

* Quite laid back guild enviroment with 16+ age requirement (and zomg tabard and guild bank slots!)

* Own ventrilo server which can be used not only during the raids.

* Guildbank repairs on most progression raids.

* Free enchants/glyphs for all members.





What do we expect?



* We are demanding a 90% raid attendance.

* Eagerness to progress through the content even if that means to die a lot .

* To be a minmaxer. That means always looking for gear and playstyle improvements.

* The willingness to learn new ways, ability to listen, take the criticism and not repeat the same mistakes again.

* To be able to understand spoken English.

* To know your own class from top to bottom.





Raid times:

We are running multiple raid groups, but the main raids are Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays. The raid invite time is at 19.30 game time, 19.45 the raid commences and ends at 23.00. The end time is sometimes prolonged up to 30 mins in favour of progress. There will be a 10 minute break at around 21:30.
