Excuse for nosiness but how do you exactly check the applicant is really over age 30?

Like fine wine you can tell if its matured well or a fruity new one rather quickly my friend and to be fair our guild chat kinda reflects our guild personna as we're not exactly 'down with the kids' by any means

Edit: and 30+ is more a reflection of the type of people we're looking to attract but younger folks welcome if they fit our cookie cutter model like Trifla who's a disgraceful 20yrs young and thoroughly sensible ensuring he double ties his shoe laces and always crosses the road with the lollipop attendant

Hiya :)

I've recently come back to the game after a 6 month break and I'm desperately looking for a fresh start. Your guild sounds absolutely perfect for me and I'm wondering if you accept re-rollers? I'd rather not play my warlock anymore, and I think a new realm and character would do me the world of good.

I'm in my 30's and I'm basically looking for a social guild where I can make some good friends to share my time online with. I'm a relatively active player, I usually play for 2-3 hours a day but due to work commitments raiding is a bit of a no no sadly. So I'd be a purely social member?

First of all, welcome back to WoW, and welcome to Saurfang.

You'd be more than welcome, we have a good number of altaholics in the guild (including myself) so you'd certainly not be alone at the levelling stage! As for being purely social that's perfectly fine, the majority of us have some kind of real life commitment or another, so understand that real life comes first.

Anyhoo feel free to give anyone a whisper in game, and they'll be able to point you in the right direction for an invite.

I'll echo Lil's feedback that we're a mixed bag of older gamers some leveling multiple characters and others looking at the heroic's end of the game so far. Raiding is really a longterm goal and again is most definately NOT our only focus.

Like you we all pay our subs and play the game how we want to on the characters we wish to play and that focus will never change in Blackwatch.

Also 'senior moments' are an acceptable part of our gaming experience, like on Saturday I tanked a guild instance run and as we CC pulled remembered I was in 'arms' spec and not 'prot' *oops* *whistles* I'm sure in a pug run I'd have been kicked or at least sworn at, instead I just apologised once the laughter had subsided.

We've lots of folk with invite permission status so send someone in guild a /w and they will try and get you added if they cannot do it themselves.
