So today i decided to play a little wow and ran it as usually, only to see that Launcher things it's time to download some updates day before the usual maintenance..I say whatever and let him do his stuff, only to find out that despite showing the speed next to the "Total download remaining" part, he is actually not downloading anything..I then decided to check the Connection info tab to see this
http://foulwynd.hofyland.cz/Downloader.jpg so apparently, there is some download going on, as you can see from the "Downloaded" part, but the progress bar doesn't think so and the connection time to Direct Download stays at 00:00:00..always.. (the same happens when i enable P2P) P.S. don't worry about your keys, it's just a picture :p |

No, It's not downloading okay, how can it be downloading okay? Just by looking at that image I know it's not.
Same issue on this thread here as well: http://eu.battle.net/wow/en/forum/topic/927080310 This time, please read the complaints. Thanks |

I am having the exact same problem.
gelmkar, you are wrong. It downloads past the expected download size. The bar does not go up, and the "download remaining" estimate does not go down, despite the downloader itself saying it has downloaded a significant amount of data. (Mine is currently at about 2 gigs downloaded, having left it open for a while.) Also, I can open the Wow.exe from the program files folder, and it launches fine, shows the newest version. I can login and play. It is just a launcher problem. restarting the launcher does nothing, restarting the PC does nothing and I have already run the repair tool, to no avail. screenshot: http://img21.imageshack.us/img21/7102/wowlaunchererror.png |

Other have posted for the same problem. One guy even left it download several Go's, and still no update. The solution is obiously not to let it download. Also, peer to peer does not help.
A lot of people have this issue, including on the french forum. Still waiting for a valid answer... |

Running wow.exe directly gives me an error #134, and I am on a LAN, so not router to restart.
