Cannot upgrade to Cata

Hi i recently tried to Digital upgrade to Cataclysm
but i keep getting this message: An error has occurred. There has been an error processing your request. For assistance, contact Blizzard Customer Support. I sent an E-mail to Blizz from like a week ago and havnt got a reply yet, i got the "We got your mail" message :p what should i do now? :o |

This happens to me aswell when I'm trying to buy something from blizzard store, it worked fine to upgrade to Cataclysm though.. it's weird :<

That happens when the payment servers are too busy. With everyone coming back to the game (from the now totally cheap offer they've got going) and everyone upgrading to Cataclysm, they're probably struggling just to keep up.
Have you tried again? Perhaps try during a not-so busy time (aka while most people are at school/work or asleep). Past that, all I can suggest is buying it from a shop if all else fails. |
