Imac 4k Bild friert ein

Hallo Zusammen, ich habe einen iMac 27" 4k i7 4GHz , 24GB DDR und AMD Radeon R9 M395X 4GB .
Das Problem ist dass das Bild während des Spiels einfach einfriert bzw. der iMac sich nicht mehr steuern lässt, Ton Maus und Teamspeak Funktionieren weiterhin.

Das einzige was hilft ist den iMac neu zu starten über den Powerschalter.
Habt ihr eine Idee an was es liegen kann ?

Wo finde ich die Interfacemodifikationen? Bin erst seit zwei Tagen am Spielen.

Die Tastenkombination funktioniert leider nicht, bzw der iMac reagiert nicht darauf.

Ich habe noch high Sierra, das tritt bei mir sporadisch auf aber ich wurde sagen so nach 30-45 min spielen.
Es ist auch egal welche Grafik Einstellung ich benutze oder ob alle anderen Programme geschlossen sind.
Dieses Problem hab ich seit 2 Wochen, der Rechner friert ohne Vorankündigung ein, keine Chance auf eine Logdatei, nur noch hart ausschalten.
Jedesmal stand dann eine "Aktualisierung" an, ein bekanntes Problem seit Wochen. Nach dem dritten Einfrieren hab ich gestern den Ordner Agent komplett gelöscht, danach auch den Launcher und diesen neu heruntergeladen (Spielclient) und installiert. Jetzt sieht es aus, als ob alles wieder flüssig funktioniert.

Nachtrag: es hat genau 24 Stunden funktioniert, wieder eingefroren ohne Vorwarnung, jetzt steht da auch wieder "Aktualisieren".
An Blizz: was funkt denn da rein, dass man nicht mal nen "normalen" Absturz hat. Alles ist auf dem neuesten Stand, WoW ist in der Firewall und im Virenprogramm ausnahmslos freigegeben, kein Reparieren hilft, kein sicherer Systemstart, kein manuelles "nach Updates suchen", kein Interface resetten, nichts – und es läuft kein anderes Programm nebenher, nur WoW (über LAN)

Verwendest du High Sierra oder Mojave. Ich schätze, Blizz hat WoW noch nicht an Mojave angepasst. Der Battle.Net Launcher unterstützt auch noch keinen Darkmode, somit scheint da seit Mojave-Release einfach nichts passiert zu sein.

Meine Hoffnung ist ja, dass WoW gerade auf Metal 2 angepasst wird und damit auch die Framerates deutlich steigen sollten ;-)
Heute morgen hab ich Mojave aufgespielt, Flash neu, den Agent gelöscht, den Cache, auch den Cache vom Battle.net, den Launcher neu und gerade ist der Rechner wieder stehn geblieben. Sinnlos, die ständige Aktualisierung bleibt ebenfalls.
Es gibt keine Routine, wo man sagen könnte, jetzt wirds eng, jede Situation, auch stehend ohne Aktion, das Bild friert ein und der Rechner ist tot, irgendwas (ich denke der Agent) haut rein und tschüs.
Würd ja gerne mal Msinfo / Dxdiag machen, aber die Seite wird nicht gefunden, über Google findest auch nur ne PC-Anwendung, klappt alles nicht.

Für mich klingt das nach einem Hardware-Fehler.

Warum?

Wäre WoW die Ursache, dann sollte sich die defekte Anwendung (also WoW) vom Betriebssystem aus beenden lassen, und natürlich sollte dann auch das Betriebssystem (und alle anderen gleichzeitig offenen Anwendungen) noch bedienen lassen.

Du hast inzwischen das Betriebssystem gewechselt (High Sierra, Mojave), somit dürfte das Betriebssystem auch als Ursache ausscheiden.

Bleiben noch defekte Hardware-Treiber und defekte Hardware als Ursache übrig.
Msinfo / Dxdiag sind übrigens reine Windows-Tools, die bringen dich auf dem Mac nicht weiter ;-)

Aber das Update-Problem habe ich auch schon immer. Man verlässt das Spiel und möchte es nochmal starten - bämm! - Update nötig. Gefühlt nach jedem Verlassen des Spiels kommt ein Update - was auch immer dieses macht.

Bei mir friert seit Mojave nur ab und an das Spiel ein. Üblicherweise wenn ich auf eine andere Anwendung wechsle und zurück in WoW möchte. Schätze mal, dass Mojave hier irgendwelche Energiesparoptionen hat, mit denen WoW nicht klar kommt.

Aktuell gibt es diese Freezes öfter. Reduziere die Grafikeinstellungen weiter. Gerade im Hinblick auf Anti-Aliasing sollte alles deaktiviert werden. Dies kann zur Vermeidung von Freezes beitragen.

Äh, Moment.

Wenn der OSX-user ausgeloggt wird, sollten doch zuvor alle Programme (also auch WoW) beendet werden.

Wie kann also WoW noch laufen, wenn der Benutzer ausgelogt wurde?


Nach dem einloggen steht das Spiel (ausser sound), nur noch mittels alt cmd esc beendbar. Rest läuft normal.


Klingt für mich so, als würde das (automatische) Beenden von WoW nicht funktionieren, zum Beispiel, weil WoW noch auf die bestätigenden Klicks in Dialogfeldern wartet.

Lösung: Erst WoW manuell beenden (und dabei die Dialoge von Hand bestätigen), dann den OS-X Benutzer abmelden.
