network disconnect

Why does nobody responsible react to all these complaints about ,,network disconnect"??The only info I could find was check your own PC and software.Rediculous when lots of people all of a sudden get the same problem and only on the Ptr.The same trouble by the way happened in the past.Some info would be appreciated!!

I am sorry, but Customer Support can't really assist with connectivity issues regarding the PTR. It is entirely run by the US and if anything occurs there, it might be related to changes that might be implemented for testing. The source of information is the PTR forum for anything that is happening.

Thank you,some info is better then no info,so I guess we have to accept what happens,happens and its no use complaining about this problem.Besides I realize that this Blizzard game is one of the most interesting ones because they keep changing it[so some trouble is unavoidable]

I have been unable to get to the game since yesterday. keep getting network disconnect errors, can you give me any solutions?
unable to connect like over a week know through battlenet and here i can log in? Any chance they gonna fix this soon? Region europe???
