I have got a similar problem since yesterday, tried to launch battle.net manager but it said that a specific .dll file was missing (I didn't take a capture, but looking at my web search history it's probably "qt5gui.dll"). Ended up booting battle.net manager through the DVD launcher of the game I wanted to play, just to be stuck again after I reopened the app a couple minutes ago after I finished playing just to test if it was fine, but I was unable to boot the application once again and received a similar message, this one didn't specify a .dll archive, though ("a required dll could not be found"). Booting from the DVD fixed the issue just fine for a second time. I'm running Win7 currently. Haven't ran with any kind of problem that isn't related to my low tier ISP except for this one, but the HDD where I have battle.net and Diablo3 installed is a bit old and has a history of corrupting its indexes from time to time, maybe it's related to my personal problem.

Sorry if I'm necro-bumping an old thread.
Hey AMAM133,

If I understand correctly, the Blizzard Battle.net Desktop Launcher (App) gives you this error, not Diablo 3 itself?

Try re-installing the App itself. Uninstalling it will not remove any of your game installations, it is just the App that is being re-installed.

Pretty much. But this error hasn't occurred anymore. Nowadays I use the Diablo III64.exe to start the game anyways. I've decided to change my directory to a healthy hard drive to prevent this error in the future too.
