Two weeks now, Blizzard. You're gonna have to dream up some very good arguments to sell the expansion pack.
37 pages and untold amount of post and threads in other places. Yet even after 2 weeks a company your size isn't in a position to understand what is wrong and have a working plan and schedule on how to fix the game.

I find that scary because your apparently the company pushing the gaming industry into the future.
Correct me if I'm wrong but is this a marketing strategy so folks will buy the D3 console version? Just asking... It is not Hell playing D3.. it is MP20 Inferno!!

Really, that last sentence sounds like a joke to me.

I hope gaming future is far from being written by blizz. The only future they handle well is making gamers wait 10+years for Diablo3 and then falling hard in launch.
I am playing only HC and its getting really annoying. BF4 soon so I will stop thinking about this.
I assume this problem is fixed now since there is no blue comment on this thread since four days.

lol, i just got 500ms ping in town on my lovely hardcore server, nothing is fixed and people still can't play normally. I'm thinking to level some chars on America server. Ping is 200ms, but it is stable.

Sorry everyone, we don't have any more updates on this just yet. Our network technicians are still looking into this and are liaising with our network partners, but we haven't received further updates just yet.

I know this is an extremely frustrating time for everyone, and I can only apologise for this.

)))) Man, I don't know should i cry or laugh. I'm not even angry now. I spent all my bad energy. Good luck fixing. Some servers are without lags and some are with. I don't know why you guys can't find the difference between them, why some are working well and why another are not.

We all already think about this lags not caused by network problems. Some servers from same subnet lags but some lag free. If Blizz network technicians need more real info about lag/not lag servers, can find it there https://docs.google.com/a/royaldj.tv/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0AvuESpJ1JKrWdGNES1JhU0xjUmVnaFRXVGxhVW44dUE#gid=0

This spreadsheet is fresh and actual information about lags.
Maybe the server admins can monitor some sessions? if its not a network issue

Honestly if they haven't got an idea what is wrong by now with all there resources and info given I shudder at the level of staff they must be employing. Some one's backside needs kicking for this and I personally think when and if it does happen it should be shared over Youtube.

It's a pity that players need to collect this information, and not the company itself. This server list actually reliable of which server ip's which is laggy/lagg-free.

and a blue comment of encouragement for this list plz.
Last week no Maintenance for whatever reason maybe yo can do something in the downtime ?
This week Maintenance lets see maybe a restart of everything is going to fix this ?
