Permanently stuck reconnecting to game

Every time I log in, the client attempts to reconnect to a phantom game and I am unable to do anything. After reading other threads about this issue, I have tried reinstalling and logging in and out of different regions, which had no effect. What else is there to try?

Try logging in to a different region than the one you're playing on, and then log back in to the usual one.

If that doesn't work, please follow the steps mentioned in our Troubleshooting Connection and Latency Issues article, including the advanced troubleshooting if needed.

I tried reinstall the app and login another region and login back.

Can you help me to check my a/c in Asia region?
