Unplayable lags after Nexomania patch

After Nexomania patch I have lags and ping 900 in every 2nd game, my teammates experience exactly the same lags. And what is even more frustrating is that when these lags start, even if you win the game, you still get loose! Please fix it and return my won game if it's possible.
Just played a game, 10 mins in, sudden freeze. Almost all 10 players got disconnected. After that all players on our team had unplayable lags, ping. Delay was 3-5 secs with constant freezes.
Playing for a month. Such thing happened first time.
same for us
Same today getting insane server lag. Just freezing unfreezing choppy lag and delays.

Are you still experiencing high latency in game? If you do, please follow troubleshooting steps here (basic and advanced, as usual) and see if you notice an improvement. If there is none though, please run a pathping and a traceroute test during a problematic moment and copy them into your reply, so we can better assist you. :)

This has been reported on both EU and US forums since Nexomania patch, i hope someone at Blizzard takes a look, it seems highly unlikely that ISPs both in US and EU suddenly have issues after your update. Additionally i don't think everyone reconfigured their routers at the same time o_O
