Pathping and Traceroute after "Failed to connect to server"

Lately I'm getting again "Failed to connect to server". I had this on season 5 till I got banned but in the following seasons not a single time till this season. I tried the troubleshooting.

I tried the "Troubleshooting Connection and Latency Issues" steps but still happens. So I've been told I should runt Pathping and Traceroute to the IP from the Practice Range when this happen.

Sure my internet looks fine and this tests pointless but I hope to be wrong and get some actual help on the issue (unless like the last time with customer support).

My ISP is KPN and I live in Amsterdam

I would recommend contacting your internet provider, and pass the MTR on to them so they can check it and make sure everything is working correctly in that node.

Please, keep in mind the forum was initially designed for player-to-player interaction. While there are Blizzard employees helping, we can't always reply to every thread or do it fast.

I'm also from the Netherlands.. I face often 'unable to join server' when I join competitive matches.. Just now I lost another 50 points while I did not choose to leave the game, it simply did not even let me connect to the game. This is really upsetting me, since I've always been a huge supporter of Overwatch and I throw in a lot of extra money... I've easily lost over 1000 points due to not being able to join the server. I did all trouble shootings... I'm so lost, and slowly getting angry.

If you've followed all the steps in this article (including the advanced troubleshooting) and the issue persists, please provide us with the following information so we can look into it:

- Traceroute (right after a disconnection or whenever you're experiencing the issue)
- Pathping (right after a disconnection or whenever you're experiencing the issue)
- WinMTR (right after a disconnection or whenever you're experiencing the issue)
