Comp Queue filter options

Why is there no freaking option to filter out players based on if you want people that:
Has a mic
Speaks English
Communicates
etc??
Because, dumbo, the game doesn't know if someone speaks english, communicates, or even if they have a mic, will they use it.

Who defines one's ability on how good your english is? Is it good enough to play, or to just chat? Would you tick in that you don't communicate, knowing that most probably this means you will get less people to play with?

if there only was a way to add so a player has to tick in some boxes before playing comp.... if there only was a way....
This is of course only promted each new session of Overwatch so you don't have to fill in the info every time you queue for comp. Heck... you can even add an area in Options > Gameplay where you can fill in:
Your Language/languages
Preferred Language/Languages
Preferred Regions/countries
Mic
Ping

To be able to understand and make yourself understood = is to be able to speak a language... you don't need to speak fluently or with a perfect pronunciation to be understood. Also yeah... i don't mind having to play with fewer people since the quality of each game then will be worth the wait... and longer queues argument... are you in a hurry?? does having your queue time increased from 30s to 1-2 min destroy your gaming schedule.. if so.. comp is not for you.
