Creating a full sized model of Kerrigan out of wire.

So, I enjoy crafting things out of wire. Long story short, I used to just craft the basic frame of things, due to my liking of shapes and forms. However, I've recently decided that I would get a much better result if I add colour too, this method is taking me around 100 times longer than my first attempts, but I am enjoying it and I'm rather pleased with the results.

What I'm doing is creating a full scale model of Starcraft's Sarah Kerrigan (Queen of blades form) out of wire. I'm just using wire, some pliers and my hands. No bonding agents, no paints, no machinery, it's all by hand.
The links that I post are all from my facebook page (my personal one, I havent actually created and dedicated a facebook profile to this project), I will also be linking pictures in chronological order, so you can see how each part has changed over time.

So here's what I've done thus far:

I haven't had a great deal of motivation as of late, so I've only been doing little bits per week. I've added more since these pictures were taken, I'll upload them at a later date.

I'm aware that the eyes look lop-sided, going to try and fix that while I add more detail around the brow and what not.

Oh my, that face is scary.
U FORGOT TEH BOOBS???!??
Not at all, I'm making it piece by piece. I started with the hands as using wire to add colour rather than just using it as a frame was something new to me, so I started with an easy part to practise my ability.

I'm not in the process of making the face and head (minus the hair), as humanoid bodies are usually measured by the shape of their head. Once that's complete I'll be working on the shoulder and torso, which includes the boobs.

(Hair will be added when the head is attached to the torse, if I do the hair first it'll be incredibly awkward for me to attach them together)

With any luck, detail and completion will change that. If not then I'll take my friend's advice and use it to scare children.
Oh my. That face :o
You really might as well use it for Halloween when the time comes if it doesn't work out.
So I havent responded in two months, oh well. Here's what the face currently looks like: https://scontent-amt2-1.xx.fbcdn.net/hphotos-xpl1/v/t1.0-9/12919825_10153752499019475_600336356536684331_n.jpg?oh=214208bd2b3d56b7769ae0b27dafb28e&oe=57B54302

The frontal view is just as scarey, because I cant yet fasten it into place. I need to finish the torso so that I can add the hair, which will (hopefully) fix the frontal view of the face. If I add the hair before I do the torso, I've no way of positioning my hands currently to add the spikes and ridges that Kerrigan has on her chest.

I cant do much with it for Halloween, it isnt a costume. And assuming it was, my halloween costume is Sailor Moon. Because what's more scary than a man in a tiny skirt?
Thought I'd update this thread having not posted in a few months.
