Can't join games

Starcraft Remastered Technical Support
Hi, most of the times I'm not able to join any games, whenever I select a game, the page freezes then a message appears "Unable to Join Game". sometimes it takes me to the players page, but it shows just blank with no team info on it, a new message appears in a while "The game host has left" while actually the game is still exists in the games list and the number of ppl that are joining this particular game is increasing.
I'm located in UAE - Dubai using my Europe account. it was working before, I was facing the same problem but less frequently.

unfortunately the problem is still there, I've just tried random games after I made the changes and rebooted my PC.
I also have the ports 6112 -> 6119 forwarded to my local PC for both TCP and UDP

Do you have any security programs active? If you do, please check those as well, to ensure Starcraft is not blocked.

If you've checked that and still cannot play multiplayer, we'll need your System Files to look into this further. Please go through the steps listed here, and create both the MSInfo and DxDiag files. Post them on a page like or through OneDrive once you have the files ready, and post the links here so we can have a look.

Thanks for your quick replies.
I have disabled Kaspersky Internet Security, by the ways, StarCraft and BattelNet are added to the windows firewall allow list and in Kaspersky trusted applications, I also disabled the windows firewall just in case. I'm sorry that's not helping.

I was able to join some of the games today, say 1 out of 10 works
Can you check if there are any driver updates for your Killer Network Card (and updates for the Killer Network Manager application itself). Additionally, uninstall Teamviewever for now as well, and test again afterwards.

If possible, use a wired connection (instead of wireless).

I have followed the 3 recommendations.
I confirm it's getting better now, I'm still not able to join some games but it's happening less frequently now.
Does it matter which BattleNet app region, multiplayer game Gateway, and account region I select? I prefer to play games using the "Europe" account due to language barrier. I tried to join random games in Asia, all worked fine. I'm located in Dubai - UAE (Asia)
I.E can I select Asia in BattleNet, Asia as Gateway, and play in Europe?
