Crash on startup

Starcraft II Technical Support
So after a fresh install of windows, my game cannot make it past authenitcating. I have tried all of the troubleshooting steps regarding crashing to desktop but it did not help.
Hey Marc,

A lot of different things could be causing the game to crash for you, but we need some information to investigate this.

Let's start by going through the steps listed in this StarCraft II support article.

If that still does not help out, post your System Files so we can have a closer look into this. Please go through the steps listed here, and create both the MSInfo and DxDiag files. Post them on a page like Pastebin.com or share directly with us through OneDrive. Post the links here afterwards, so we can have a look.

Thanks for the reply. I have gone through the support article and found no solution.

Here are the files as requested:

dxdiag: https://1drv.ms/t/s!AkxQ4EoIqgwrywD_yQkYunJqSicG

msinfo: https://1drv.ms/t/s!AkxQ4EoIqgwryxXbvmvu4FOj6PsI
same for me, tonight all my games crash at start or after 5mn
Thanks Marc,

Let's start by going through the steps to close background applications. After the restart, please double check that Discord and NordVPN have not started itself up again. If they have, please close these down completely for now.

You have a few applications installed that can be used to overclock your hardware as well. If you currently are doing so, please set your hardware back to factory default for now while we try and get to the bottom of these crashes.

Once you have gone through all these steps, repair the game files and try starting StarCraft II again.

I have tried both suggestions and neither worked. Still crashing at the same point as before, right after authenticating.
you could try to change your native resolution to 1920x1080. that is the highest resolution the game supports after all. changing resolutions can some times cause crashes.

Didnt work unfortunately.
Same here, says i need to install game. Can't locate it by hand aswell...
Update: So after the latest patch. I can now get into the game fine. However, I cannot access any of the custom games as they all crash halfway through loading.

Any more help would be appreciated.
