Starcraft 2 no users folder or any file. ( SOLVED )

Starcraft II Technical Support
I need to change the resolution in windowed mode because Starcraft 2 in windowed mode got no option to change resolution so I wanted to change it manually. But in C:\users\USERNAME\documents\ No Starcraft 2 folder or anything about starcraft 2. Also I checked other folders like appdata local or roaming or all users or public or default I scanned my entiry disk already for the variables.txt and still good result.

Can someone help me to find out wat happened with my game? It is a fresh installed game like 4 weeks new.
Hey ICEMAN,

As an alternative, try setting the game to Fullscreen. This will let you set the resolution as well, after which you can switch to Windowed.

Tried that method and its not working. After I set to fullscreen my 21:9 monitor need to scale that 16:9 resolution to 21:9. Its really annoying. Also After I set to fullscreen I have options to choose resolutions I selected a smaller 16:9 resolution. Then I set to Windowed and the size of the windowed turned back to 4:3 with a 800x600 resolution. All the time I try windowed mode it stucks on 4:3 with 800x600 and I have no choice to select resolution in Windowed mode. No files in my users documents created by Sc2. So all of my stats from arcade games are gone? I have no option to save arcade games data anymore?
Anyway to fix this resolution issue to able to play sc2 with windowed 16:9 in a 21:9 monitor???
Okay I found it it was inside OneDrive then documents. Win 10 new feature totally screw up old stuffs.
