I don´t think there are any on the Alliance, at most you will find individuals who practice the "Old Ways", as the original human faith was called (I have one such character, for example).Although, what they may see as Old Ways could differ from what you want, because this piece of lore is not really developed (which I like, because it allows me to make up my own traditions and beliefs for the character).
