Heirlooms don't screw you over if you don't have them. You can use the dungeon tool for dungeons, and wPvP screws you over heirlooms or not due to high level players roaming around and ganking.

Please, for the love of it don't give them any ideas. Scaling is the worst idea in an RPG ever and shouldn't be near any RPG. Then again, WoW technically isn't an RPG any more so, why not. The last shred of RPG has gone out of the door anyway.

It's simple really; as long as there's money to be made, WoW will continue. Once we're done with void lords and old gods - which can be stretched EXTREMELY thin if needed - they could just do a standard Blizzard retcon, and voila presto we have more things to do.Since the developers pretty much have stated that they give lore the middle finger, they're free to do what ever they want.
