Hello.Earlier today i had nothing at all to do, so i checked up how ctc worked, and which attribute you should prior in the end-game instances.Well, to start up with, i had no clue how ctc worked, i were going after 75% Block and then rest to parry and dodge(Prio parry due to hold the line though), giving nothing to stamina but blue sockets(25 mastery & 37 stamina) , and the best enchants for warrior tanks.Now that i realised that block(mastery) is more of a cap to ctc rather then trying to get it into a specific number, i've reforged the overflow of mastery to parry and dodge so im now ctc ca…
