@ Subbie,Based on that example, as long as you are 10/11M then the only issue you have is the people, not the gear. This is the gap between how to manage the situation vs. "who should we bench in the improbable event that we kill the boss, and in the further unlikely event the X item will drop".Hence the conclusion: we tend to overthink things, therefore keeping us back from progression. PL/ML will never fix this issues.
