rolling payments stopped, had to add card details again

trying to contact support to send a simple ticket about this, I am presuming it is because my card passed its date to expire, however I am struggling to send a ticket regarding getting the account restored to the previous payment costs...
there is no category about this in support, and sending ticket keeps asking for I.D and not accepting the answer to the question.
is there any way to bypass this to send a simple ticket?

You'll need to go through the support site, there is no other way to contact our support team. It should be as simple as going here.

..he might mean the UK price thing, he didn't say ticketing about adding the card.
Not sure how long the UK price for one pound less was still active for though.
