Arcane shot and multi-shot animation delay

Hi.

I have MM-hunter, created from about 7.2, and have annoying issues with two abilities - arcane shot and multi-shot.

They have a masssive delay between the damage and animation appear in 90% of the time. In the dungeons the problem disappears.

I have a stable 115-118 ms latency, any attempts to fix it with "SpellQueueWindow" does not working here.

I reported the problem (Submit Bug) many-many times, long times ago, have no reactions, and still see some topics about it only on us.battle.net forums with no sane answers or solutions.

It's been reported several times, spamming it wont do much as its low on their priority list of bugs in the game to fix. I'd rather have them put effort into fixing current raid tier bugs (maiden) and dungeons than an animation which they know are buggy. Tickets do the work more than enough
I used to have this problem a couple months ago before I took a break from WoW. Came back a week ago and haven't had this problem yet. All my spell effects are lined up with the damage.

Only thing I can think of is that I updated my nvidia drivers to version 384.94.

IDK, have the same version.

Moreover, the same effect began with concussive shot for me.
Nevermind playing this character, or another new hunter MM/BM on other server.

Great, waiting for the growing priorities for this trifle. Half-year, year, 8.0.
I have the same exact problem. 90% of the time arcane shot, multi-shot and black arrow spell effects/animations are late. Sometimes half a second, sometimes a full second. It makes playing the spec feel absolutely terrible. It's a shame too, since I like this spec most out of the three.
Hello, i recently came back to WoW and noticed the Delay problem, i expermineted with SpellQueueWindow settings but it did not help a bit. I also checked and can confirm that this issue intensifies in open world, i traveled to Orgrimmar and entered RFC. The issue diddnt exist in closed enviroment like inside instance.

My settings are set to grant me 60 fps and ping is round 60 too.
Got it aswell, mainly on concussive shot and arcane shot. Haven't notice any other abilitiy.
(With no addons & 60+ fps)
For the people who don't have this problem could you tell me what race and weapon you use? I've heard there are some races/weapons that don't have the animation delay.
17/05/2018 The issue still exists no official statement. Just a reminder.
July 2018 and this bug is still happening on my goblin hunter with bows guns and crossbows. Testing on the bfa the issue seems a lot better but not completely resolved.

This feels horrible and to think it has been present on live for the best part of a year. Really enjoyed marksmanship until I realized how horrendous this bug is. It feels like the bug comes out of hunters mark or something. I'm not completely sure but them removing marked shot and the proc based hunters mark in bfa is no coincidence I think!
