What are our RL Jobs?

Hi guys,

saw this in the US-forums and found it quite interesting, so lets start a similar topic here :)

Since most of us have grown up in the last 13 years of WoW i guess a lot of us guys have work and family now, I am very interested in how diverse our jobs are. Let me begin:

I work as Software Engineer (Frontend) in a Company and additional as Frontend Developer / Analytics & Tracking Expert self employed.
Sorry, I don't mix gaming with rl.
I've become a published author in the last few years. I was influenced by the massive amount of lore in WoW to become one. :-)

I can't post my author name here as that would cause some issues with privacy plus it would be against the rules of the forum. Bucket list contains "Write and publish a book set in the WoW universe" so maybe one day (I'm working slowly on a story that's set about 20 years after the events of Legion.) ;-)
I'm a professional Wow player.

Did that involve criminals and the Costa Del Sol, perchance?!

rofl no man i didnt even live in costa del sol,i lived a bit more north-east relatively close to Alicante ;)
all work i did was legal,it was my job to make sure the buyers of a property in Spain didnt get scammed by the builders.

on top of that i did the wills for them, add some pointing them in the right direction for some good and cheap insurance, swimming pools, cable, etc etc.

in the end all those little commissions add up hehe
Fulltime Achievment and mount farmer

How about your ingame investments? Making buckets of gold here?
Aerial, Satellite, TV and Sound system engineer.

Mainly Bose, Sonos and Sky contracts for hotels, it’s fun but hella stressful at times.

Shifts aren’t set so my WoW play time has dwindled down recently but I’ve promised myself I’m gonna dedicate some more time to BFA.

If I can get the time between work and maintenance on my RS 200.

took a long break from the game and ive just been back like a month or so,in fact two days ago i made another bad decision, i spent 100k on the Champion's Treadblade and i was left with a measly 5k hehe.
Worked as a full stack php web developer but I am due to graduate this year and would really like to move away from php for a bit
What I love with English is that you can make your job sound sooo unnecessarily cooler than it actually is.

As for me, I'm a self-employed Senior Language Specialist, Character limit Analyst, Terminology Expert in the fields of Marketing, Entertainment and Community Managment.

Aka videogame translator.

Im English and I drive a HGV for a living, not very cool :)
I'm a programmer on a AAA open world game.

I prefer not to say which one though, to avoid any issue. I work for an awesome company but they are very strict on keeping their PR under control.
Officially a barista/training manager in a Heathrow store. In my own terms I supply morons with caffeine and watch the results.

Truckers are hawt!

I did not mean to say out loud.
I'm a Ranger (Wildlife Police).
The direct translation into english would be "Enviromental Agent" if that means something for you.

My responsibility is the protection of wild animals (and companions too), plants and even mushrooms.
And I'm the hunting/fishing and pollution police.

I'm in charge of helicopters and firefighters in the fight against fire and we act as civil protection when natural disasters occur, such as floods, snowfall or fire, rescuing people lost in the woods...

Of course I play a Druid.
I can not be more proud of my job.
