Is the room smaller?
As a mage I can't blink properly for dropping blood it was awful thanks the ice block
20man raid size, most people were cutting edge semi guild run.

Room feels smaller than before, small fixate adds on lift when they were exploding there was upto a 5 second delay so was causing soak issues for tank.

2 of our healers fell through the lift and died happened on 2 of the pulls we did submit a bug report.

boss was not clearing pools in p1 with the cudgel of gore ability in a consistent manor some times he would charge directly on pools and clear none, then next time he may clear 1-4 depending all pools were within 18yards of tank that was soaking cudgel of gore so seemed like a bug as tactics were done fine.

P3 felt fine no issues there

Other than that fight felt fine for hc, perhaps big adds on lift could have a little less health but guessing health is still to be tuned and its more of a mechanics test.

We really enjoyed the fight, and only encounterd two issues:

1. blood not being soaked by the cudgel - this seemed to happen regulary,
and only parts of blood were soaked (but not all near pools) also when passing pools it seems passing pools would not be affected (not sure if inteded?)

2. we had a phase where no adds spawned on the lift. Not sure if that was due to the test time passed - however, this obv. makes the fight a lot easier :D

Only Issue we noticed (13Man semi guild run) was that 3 People with debuffs may be a bit overtuned. All in all u can say that there is no scaling (maybe not really implemented yet) on mechanics for smaller Raid groups.
droplets would sometime run straight to the tank who was trying to soak them.
Sanguine Static is rather annoying to dodge. It definetly is doable if played well (aka stack as a group, targeted person moves a tiny bit to the side) but thats a lot of coordination to ask of a heroic boss especially as getting hit can lead into a death by getting knocked into zones.

Tuning was fine, though I would prefer more constant dmg income rather than these spikes.
