Hope for Recklessness?

"The team recognizes that pressing several abilities on the global cooldown that do nothing but buff your character is not good gameplay and plan to address it (such as with frost death knight). They want to further develop classes so that these abilities do more than just buff."

Hoping they include Recklessness.
While i still think it would be best to take it off the GCD (and lower it's duration to even it out) it sounds they might take a direction there it does more than just buff
Reckless Abandon feels good. Without it it feels slow.
Feels okay at the start of the fight when you're popping it into a charge, but during a fight feels so daft being like "ROAAAAR now gimme 1.5 secs before I do anything"
I don't see the need. It's 1 GCD every 1.5 minutes. I honestly don't get why CDs like Reck need to be off the GCD, in every other RPG that I play buffs take time to apply to yourself and Recklessness being on the GCD does not break Fury gameplay in any way. A short moment of doing nothing is the price you pay for dealing a lot more damage afterwards.

I don't think that every CD needs to be on the GCD (Combustion or Tigers' Fury on the GCD would completely break the associated specs' gameplay) but I feel that for most abilities Blizzard has already made the right choice whether or not they belong on the GCD (the only ability I can think of from the top of my head that needs to be off the GCD or at least only incur a 0.5 second GCD is Ignore Pain).

Cooldowns on the GCD is the most disgustingly awful thing ever.

Slowing down gameplay in such a patheticly inauthentic way is NOT fun.

Pop cooldowns. WAIT A WHOLE SECOND. Use one ability WAIT A WHOLE SECOND.

It's just not fun. especially in high octane gameplay or high rated pvp etc, it's wasted time and if you're good enough, you'll FEEL the wasted time. Sometimes games are won by actions take in miliseconds and it just feels awful to be so slow and sluggish. Especially when EVERYTHING is on the bloody GCD.

GCD change was mainly put in because some naps just makroed everything into one button. Even a pvp boi should understand this.

I rather prefer the 2nd option, to make recklessness more interactive. I would bake it together with Siegebreaker honestly and give us another talent on the 100 row.
