Still finding kul tirans to be stupidly big.

General
So, having explored kul tiras it is clear that they are not influenced by any magical Vrykul genes, and the only connection they have to them is a tiny sect of Drust following druids.

Their environment they have to endure is also not any different to say Stormwind, seeing how they are both naval cities. They might even have it easier since they doesn't have to deal with any local troll empire.

Yet they are dwarfing every other race save for Tauren and Zandarai, which are suppose to be huge...

They are ridiculous compared their their own race

meanwhile we also got an alpha model that would have been a more sensible size for them.

As well as the thin human which is within a reasonable height compared to the other humans

So they are supposedly completely normal humans committed to sailing, that for some reason are dwarfing their own race, the orcs a race that lives to fight and is related to ogres, the pandaren which are bears, night elves and draenei... Completely normal humans, that eat fish.

Maybe genetics.
All humans are decended from the Vrykul. The curse of flesh caused Vrykul babies to be born small, so maybe the Kul Tirans are slowly purging themselves of the curse over time.
I don't know why it would only be this group of humans but it may, as you said, have a connection to the Drust.

All the mountains north of Boralus are snowy peaks. I certainly didn't come across any snowy mountain peaks near Stormwind City

They don't have it easier because they are not constantly threatened by terrible sea monsters, hence why they are more rugged and battle-hardened than their mainland allies.
Half of Tiragarde Sound is comprised of mountains. I certainly didn't come across any snowy mountain peaks in Elwynn Forest.
Stormwind borders the mountainous territory of the dwarves.

They don't have it easier because their land is constantly attacked by terrible sea monsters, hence why they are more rugged and battle-hardened than their mainland allies who have a much more serene and peaceful homeland (there is no comparison between the giant monsters found in Tiragarde Sound, and the cute wolves of Elwynn Forest).
And for some magical reasons those sea monster won't attack every coastal city of the eastern kingdoms.

Also where are the sea monsters? Worst we encountered was the faceless minions which you find all over the place, wouldn't be surprising if half of stormwind is cowered in them. Sea giants, naga, murlocs... Which again you will find all over the place as long as there is a shoreline.

Whatever hits Kul'Trias is bound to hit the rest of the EK.
