Got hacked and Banned

Yeah it happened last night. I woked up and logged in and found that my account had been hacked. All my gear and money was gone. I wrote a ticket about this and 5 min after i got banned. Also in my mail were a paid transfer note that was made and after that cancelled. When i now try to lig in, it tells me i'm banned and i should go to but that takes me to I suck at these technical things but i want my account back. I changed the password but i still have no clue how my account got hacked.

You should have received an email regarding the ban. - Please make sure you have gotten one, and check your Spamfolder aswell. :-)

Yeah. Got this in my mailbox. I also read those stickys but I couldn't found any speak how to get my account back. Or then I just missed it somehow. Is there any way getting my account back?
Of course there is! And that email is meaning that the person who hacked your account was using it for exchanging gold in-game for in real life money.

I suggest you to contact the Account and Payment department. Calling goes very quick and they have the most friendly Customer Service. :-) But the choice is yours!

Just make sure you explain it that your account was hacked aswell - and the person who hacked you, made you get the ban.

I am sorry to hear of what happened to you, but there is no need to panic. We will do our very best to recover your account for you and correct any damages caused by the malicious 3rd party (including any account actions accrued during the intrusion).
