Constant Disconnection, Everything else Works fine!

Technical Support
Hi,

I have been having trouble all day today where I have actually had to cancel all my plans due to the problem.

Throughout the entire day I have had disconnect after disconnect and its really getting irritating, is there any way to find out what the problem is?I dont get any error messages of the sort it just suddenly kicks me off of the game.

My ISP is Virgin media but i highly doubt Virgin Media are to blame this time, Every other webpage works, its just WoW kicking me left right and center every 5 minutes.

Hello,

There appears to be an issue with packet loss in this region:

2 290ms 11/ 100 = 11% 0/ 100 = 0% cpc4-stkp9-2-0-gw.10-2.cable.virginmedia.com [81.109.208.1]

Which appears to be related to your router. Can you try disabling it, then re-enabling it and see what happens? Also make sure you have the latest Firmware from the manufacturer's website, if possible.

If that doesn't help we can only really advise that you contact your network provider for assistance.
