Hello everyone. I did mistake yesterday. I would change my faction. But I paid for race change and I didn't realize to my mistake. After Completed to transfer Im shocked :( It's really my fail..

I Opened a ticket about it. What can I do else ? Please help me :/

Opening a ticket is the right thing to do, however calling them is much faster and they will also be able to change it to race change or refund the amount of money you have spent so you could change it yourself.

That's why we suggest phoning as it can be sorted out there and then. I'm afraid that, if you can't phone, you have to wait for the ticket.

I phoned and waited 35mins.However, No one answered to phone ;)
