bug depuis trois jours

bonjour j ai plusieurs comptes hearthstone et depuis 3 jours , je ne peux plus me connecter qu avec un seul compte , je comprends pas j aimerais avoir de l aide pour comprendre le probleme ..le pire c est que le jeux se lance puis pret a afficher le menu sa plante !!ci joint message d erreur :

Je suis surpris que deux de vos comptes soient concernés et pas le troisième.
Cependant, les pilotes de votre chipset graphique datant de 2013, il serait utile de refaire un essai après les avoir mis à jour sur le site d'Intel.
