You can re-enable floating combat text in World of Warcraft using in-game console commands.
Please select the type of combat text you want to activate from the drop-down menu below:
To enable floating combat text for healing, use the following command in your in-game text box:
To disable combat text for healing, change the number at the end of the command to 0.
*This feature is not available in WoW Classic. You can only see heals cast on you when enabling the floating combat text.
/console floatingCombatTextCombatHealing 1

Using these commands will change settings and persist through logout. A relog after entering one or more of these commands is required for these changes to take effect.
