  • The sleeve is missing from my game.
  • The case is missing from the box.

If you purchased a physical game box and it is missing the product code (usually found on disc sleeves, inside the disc case, or on the instruction manual), please take the game back to the retailer, report it as defective, and ask for a replacement.
