- Did not get credit for the Heart of Zin Azshari
- Killed Wrath of Azshara and did not receive the Heart of Zin-Ashari quest item
The Heart of Zin-Ashari can only be obtained after killing the Wrath of Azshara in the Eye of Azshara dungeon on Mythic difficulty. It cannot be obtained on Normal, Heroic, or Challenge Mode (Mythic+) difficulties.
The item is not looted from the Wrath of Azshara, but must be picked up from this NPC's pool after it is defeated. It can be obtained even if your character isn't loot-eligible, so it does not matter if you have been loot-locked to the dungeon for the week already.
