Common Problems
- I forgot to change the name of my character
- I did a Faction Change and I picked the wrong race by mistake
- I paid a Race Change and I don't like the name I chose for my character
If you bought a Race or Faction change and are unhappy with the features you chose for your character, visit the barber shop in-game. It allows changing any features including your gender.
If you are unhappy with the race or name you chose for your character these cannot be changed in-game, but you can use another character service to correct it.
Customer Support does not assist with character service mistakes. Always check selected features before confirming your character service and use the Class Trial before you boost a character to make sure you are certain of your choice.
