Can't See Guild Info or Leave Guild Since Character Service
Common Problems
- I did a name change and I can't see my Guild
- I can not see my Guild and I cannot leave it
If your character service only recently processed, you may need to wait until a realm maintenance occurs. These happen weekly on Tuesdays in the Americas and on Wednesdays in Europe.
Should the issue continue after a maintenance, contact Customer Support.
