Missing Items From the BlizzConline Celebration Collection

Common Problems

  • I purchased the Celebration Collection, but I didn't receive some of the in-game goodies
  • I got the Celebration Collection for PC and I don't have the Diablo III items on console
  • Did not receive the Overwatch loot boxes from the Celebration Collection

The Celebration Collection was a time limited product available until February 21, 2022. You can purchase the Blizzard Arcade Collection, but this product no longer includes the exclusive rewards of the Celebration Collection. Blizzard Customer Support cannot grant exclusive rewards. 

If you purchased the Celebration Collection in the Battle.net Shop before February 21, 2022, your exclusive rewards were automatically added to your Battle.net Account and should be available in all games on PC. Please make sure you are logged in with the correct account.

If you play on console, owning the Celebration Collection from the Battle.net Shop does not grant the items on console. 

Note: Players in Belgium cannot receive Overwatch loot boxes.
