Common Problems
Raised 20 garrison followers to level 100, didn't get the achievement.Couldn't complete Filling the Ranks even after leveling followers.
Obtaining a follower that is already level 100 does not count towards this achievement so be sure and raise a total of 20 followers to level 100.
