Common Problems
- I can't post on the forums
- I see an error that says "Your posting ability is disabled"
If you are unable to post while logged in, Parental Controls may be restricting your ability to publish posts. You can learn more about Parental Controls and how to remove them in our Parental Controls article. Parents can enable or disable the ability to post in the forums through the Parental Portal.
If you are over the age of majority in your country and you want to remove the Parental Controls from your account, contact Customer Support.
