Common Problems
- I'm not seeing my Battle.net chat windows.
- How do I pop my chat windows out of the app?
- I'm not receiving whispers in the app.
By default, chat is nested in the Social tab of the Blizzard Battle.net app. You can change this setting in the app.
- Open the Settings menu.
- Click Friends & Chat.
- Make sure Automatically create pop-out windows for new chats is checked.
