"Authorization Failed" Error Message with Blizzcon Stream

Your browser may display an authorization error when trying to watch the stream. Temporarily change your Block Cookies setting to Never to resolve the error.

In some rare cases, the browser is blocking third-party cookies and causing black screens on the main stage and panel tabs. To resolve this, allow third-party cookies in your browser:

  1. Click User-added image and then click Options
  2. Go to the Privacy tab on the left and use the History drop down to select Use Custom Settings for History
  3. Toggle Accept third-party cookies to Always

  1. Click the User-added image icon and choose Settings
  2. Click Show advanced Settings at the bottom left
  3. Under Privacy click Content Settings
  4. Disable the checkbox under Cookies

Internet Explorer
  1. ClickUser-added image and then Internet Options
  2. Click the Privacy tab and choose Advanced on the Settings Header
  3. Click Accept on the Third-Party cookies option and hit OK

  1. Open Safari and in the top left corner of your screen click on Safari and select Preferences
  2. In the Preference window select the Privacy option and under Block cookies select Never
  1. Click  User-added image then Settings  
  2. Click View Advanced Settings
  3. On the Cookies drop down, toggle to Don’t Block Cookies
