Selected the Wrong Region When Claiming a Gift
- When accepting a gift in the App I chose the wrong region in the dropdown
- Missclicked when activating a gift and I redeemed it in the wrong region
If you have claimed the gift on the wrong game region, please get in touch with Customer Support. Our assistance is limited to the gifts from other players which were originally purchased in Blizzard store and gifts that were sent by Blizzard, for example with Twitch rewards.
