Common ProblemsI purchased one month of game time and was charged that same amount 2 more times
If your credit card or other account shows two (or more) charges for the same order, this means your financial institution set funds on hold until the transaction settles. However, you will be charged only once.
Authorization holds are a common banking practice. Only your financial institution can remove an authorization hold.
This can also occur if you attempt an order for the same product multiple times. Only one charge will go through but it may show more than one attempt on your statement. These extra charges will not process and will be removed by the financial institution.
