I killed Adhara White but the world quest didn't complete.We have received multiple reports of this issue and are currently investigating it. Be sure to check our Bug Report forums for any new issues. If you discover a new issue, you can report it there or in-game through the in-game bug report feature.
You may wish to try joining a group via the Group Finder, which has allowed some players to complete this quest.
