Common ProblemsError. This account does not own Call of Duty
You will receive this error when launching the game without a Call of Duty account. Make sure you logged in to the Blizzard app with the correct Blizzard account.
If you recently claimed a Call of Duty game code on your Blizzard account, log out from the Blizzard app and log in again.
If you purchased the game in the Blizzard Shop, check the status of your order in your Transaction History. If your the status says Refunded or Chargeback, it means you received your money back and the game was removed from your account. Please buy the game.
