- I can't see my disenchant button
- Trying to disenchant cards is not doing anything
If you do not see the option to disenchant a card, make sure the card isn't listed as un-craftable. Un-craftable (previously called soulbound) is a card quality found on certain cards. Un-craftable cards cannot be crafted or disenchanted. For more information on cards that are un-craftable, visit the Hearthstone Wiki article.
Mass Disenchant Button Missing
The mass disenchant button will not appear if you don't have anything to mass disenchant. You can only mass disenchant if you have at least 3 copies of the same card. Otherwise, you need to disenchant the cards one-by-one.
