Received an error when trying to purchase through the Google Play Store
Purchases made from the Google Play Store may take up to 72 hours to process. If it has been 72 hours since the purchase was made, follow the steps below to resolve the problem.
- Make sure you are logged out of the account on all devices.
- Log back in to the account only on the device you made the purchase from.
If you continue to receive an error, follow the steps on our Common Credit Card Payment Issues article before contacting us. To avoid multiple charges, or the temporary hold of funds, do not make repeated attempts to complete the purchase.
