Common Problems
The Battle.net desktop app is unable to generate a file required for login.
- Battle.net servers may be offline. Check for breaking news on the login screen or follow @BlizzardCS on Twitter for maintenance and service updates.
- Restart the client and try again. If the issue persists, restart your computer.
